Selected Contributions:
 Wrote and implemented a Program Improvement Plan (PIP) for the school to implement a seamless system for coordinating academic classes with vocational education (CTE) classes.
 Chaired the annual CTE Conference and luncheon for 150 student attendees at the Radisson Conference Center. This involved securing six guest speakers, scheduling students to rotate through the six speaker presentations, transportation of the students to and from school, and setting up all equipment for the speakers.
 Made presentations to the School Board in order to obtain approval on when to best introduce keyboarding, word processing, Internet usage, and others to K-12 students. The curriculum was successfully adopted and implemented to the school system.
 Independently managed the school network and became successful in setting up a VUE certification testing center, which allowed the students to take their Microsoft and CompTIA certification exams within the building; this initiative brought substantial cost reduction for the school.
 Single-handedly wrote and designed the technology and geography minimum competency exams, which were mandated by the School Board.
